This popular Williamsburg restaurant and oyster bar will offer a special six-course Christmas Eve seafood tasting menu, available from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. for $95 per person. The restaurant will also serve oysters until 2 a.m. and the bar wil be open until 4 a.m.

Aquavit will serve the Grand Julbord, a selection of traditional Nordic holiday fare, including Prinskorv (sausages), herring, salmon, and Christmas ham. The Julbord costs $85 per person, and includes a cup of glogg. It will be served from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Chef Takashi will offer an array of holiday specials, including bone-marrow and crawfish dumplings, make-your-own cow blood pancake, and seven-day miso-marinated grilled sweetbreads. Takashi will be open for regular dinner hours Christmas Eve, from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Jonathan Waxman's trattoria will be open from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Christmas Eve. In addition to the regular a la carte menu, a family-style meal for $75 per person will be available to parties of seven or more.

Mario Batali's Greenwich Village restaurant will serve a traditional "La Vigilia," or Feast of the Seven Fishes, with a menu that will include lobster, scallop, Arctic char and eel.

The Upper East Side Brasserie will serve its a la carte menu with several Christmas specials, including smoked salmon tartare, roasted loin of venison, and Buche de Noel.

Taavo Somer's Williamsburg restaurant is accepting reservations for Christmas Eve dinner. The menu hasn't been released yet, but expect several wood-fired dishes.

Petrossian will offer a three-course Christmas meal for $77 per person. Course options include a smoked fish smorgasboard and Christmas goose, or for $55 extra a serving of Royal Shassetra Caviar.

Chef Jesse Schenker will serve a four-course menu of Hamachi crudo, short rib ravioli, braised pork shoulder and toffee pudding. The prix fixe meal is $89 per person.

At this restaurant focused on food cooked over an open wood fire, chef Galen Zamarra will offer a four-course prix fixe dinner for $95 per person. The exact menu will not be available until closer to Christmas.

Chef Marco Canora will celebrate the Feast of the Seven Fishes with a five-course meal (featuring seven different types of fish). The cost of this prix fixe meal will be $88 per person, and Hearth's regular a la carte menu will also be available.

The menu at Marlow & Sons on Christmas Eve will include chestnut soup, goose tartare, roasted poussin, choucroute garni and croquembouche for dessert. As always, oysters will also be available.

Sirio will serve a Christmas Feast of the Seven Fishes menu, as well as limited a la carte options. For $85 per person, the prix fixe menu will include calamari salad, lobster ravioli and roasted Branzino.

The Christmas Eve prix fixe menu at this Midtown French restaurant will include seafood crepes, quiche lorraine, traditional French roast duck, and desserts from Jacques Torres. Every meal also includes sides of haricots verts, pommes Anna, and roasted brussels sprouts. Le Rivage will charge their usual prix fixe price, $39 per person.

This Mexican restaurant in the West Village will be serving a four or five-course prix fixe menu of traditional Mexican Christmas dishes. This year's menu will be posted on their website later this week, but in past years the menu has included whole roasted snapper, sweet tamales, and hot Christmas punch.
