Union Square Cafe, the one that started it all for restaurateur extraordinaire Danny Meyer, turned 25 today and, in addition to colorful commentary from Meyer and USHG Culinary Director Michael Romano, they're holding a "class reunion" to celebrate their silver anniversary. Traipsing through the history books, there are a number of notable chefs and restaurant owners who've sprung forth from USHG.
