There is only so much room at the top of the Nightlife Pyramid. So while most club owners would like to think of themselves as being A list, the simple fact is that most are not. That doesn't mean that these places aren't crowded and making the owners and investors serious loads of cash (after all, they are all selling cheap booze at 1000% markups), it just means that there are other places that, for one reason or another, are just cooler. So today we pay homage to the great B list clubs of New York, the places that either have seen their best days pass or never quite got over the hump. And while no one likes to be told they aren't cool, hopefully everyone takes comfort in not being on the C list!
