Plenty of restaurants around the city offer prix fixe dinner options or special party packages on New Year's Eve. If that's not your style, here are 15 wonderful restaurants that will be open and serving regular dinner menus on the holiday. Some of these establishments will be serving a few holiday specials, while others will be offering midnight toasts and other celebratory extras.

North End Grill

Chef Eric Korsh and his team will be serving North End Grill's regular à la carte menu as well as a prix fixe option for $90 per person. From the regular menu, diners can feast on options from the grill including duck breast with beets and grapefruit, squab with rutabaga sauerkraut, and a 28 day dry-aged T-bone steak. Reservations can be made online and over the phone. The final seating will be at 10:30 p.m.

At Einat Admony's Mulberry Street restaurant, diners can pick from "mortar and pestle" hummus, lemon cardamon pappardelle, grilled octopus with carrot chirchi, short rib with Jerusalem artichoke puree, and other options from the à la carte menu. Admony's Bar Bolonat will also be open on December 31 without any New Year's Eve prix fixe.

Pearl & Ash

In addition to chef Trae Bassore's dinner menu, the Pearl & Ash team is offering a few special dishes for New Year's Eve. Featured dishes include black bread with cultured butter, caviar, and dill; roasted foie gras with red onion, kumquat, and black walnuts; soft scrambled eggs with sea urchin and black truffle; and ricotta cavatelli with chestnuts, parmesan, and white truffles. Boulud's Bowery spot will be serving up a few New Year's Eve seasonal specials in addition to the full à la carte menu. Additions to the menu include seared foie gras with honey crisp apples, wilted winter greens, toasted brioche, and bourbon maple syrup jus. As midnight approaches, DBGB will invite guests to join its chefs in parading around the dining room banging on copper pots and pans.

This year, all the restaurants in Gabe Stulman's empire (Joseph Leonard, Perla, Jeffrey's Grocery, Bar Sardine, Fedora, and soon-to-close Montmatre) will be serving à la carte menus. All six spots are also offering a few special menu additions and wine options. At Joseph Leonard, Stulman's first solo project, guests can choose from roasted octopus with braised oxtail, crispy braised pork hock, and lamb meatballs. Reservations for all the restaurants can be made online or over the phone.

Maiden Lane

At Maiden Lane in the East Village, the party will start at 8 p.m. and it's set to end "late." As always at Maiden Lane, guests will not be required to make reservations or pay a cover charge. There will be Champagne as well as featured cocktails by Nuestra Soledad Mezcal and Reisetbauer Gin. Music will be provided by DJ Call the Doctor. The regular food menu will also be available.

Babu Ji

New Year's Eve will be business as usual at Alphabet City newcomer Babu Ji. Dinner options will include butter chicken, scallop coconut curry, beetroot paneer, and Colonel Tso's cauliflower. Babu Ji also offers a Chef's Table option for larger parties at $60 per person.

On the à la carte menu at David Waltuck's Flatiron restaurant, diners can pick from General Tso’s sweetbreads, flounder meuniére, and Colorado loin of lamb with moussaka. The team will also be offering a few seasonal additions to the menu.

Marc Meyer and Vicki Freeman's Chelsea restaurant will be serving its full menu including classics like chicken liver mousse, cavatelli pasta with broccoli rabe, and bay scallops with fuyu persimmon. Diners on New Year's Eve will receive a glass of Champagne to toast to midnight with the Cookshop team. Sister restaurant Vic's on Great Jones will also be open and serving an à la carte menu. Blue Smoke

At Danny Meyer's Gramercy barbecue restaurant, diners can feast on seven-pepper brisket, pork spare ribs, backyard BBQ chicken, pulled pork, and other options from the à la carte menu. Next-door at Jazz Standard there will be two live shows at 7:30 and 10 p.m. Blue Smoke will also be open on New Year's Day.

At Marta in the Martha Washington Hotel, diners can choose from Nick Anderer's thin-crusted pie options like potato carbonara, funghi, and puttanesca. The restaurant will be offering a few special pizzas as well as Champagne options to accompany your meal. Marta will re-open New Year's Day at 7 a.m. for breakfast.

The Breslin Bar & Dining Room

Like April Bloomfield's Spotted Pig, fans of her gastropub in the Ace Hotel strongly recommend ordering the burger. At The Breslin the burger is chargrilled lamb with feta, cumin mayo, and thrice cooked chips. Other options on the à la carte menu include Cornish rock hen, roasted bone marrow, and crispy sweetbreads with apple butter. The final seating at The Breslin will be at midnight.

Rotisserie Georgette

Rotisserie Georgette will end the year by serving classic rotisserie dishes all evening until 11 p.m. On the à la carte menu diners can choose from whole roasted branzino, roasted half chicken, and baby back ribs. After 8 p.m. all reservations will be charged a $25 per person cover charge to enjoy a live jazz quartet. December 31 is also the last day of Georgette's Holiday Roast to-go option.

Emily, the Brooklyn pizzeria run by husband and wife team Matt and Emily Hyland, will be open for regular dinner service on New Year's Eve. Like the rest of the year, Emily will be walk-in only on December 31. Some special Champagne options will be available alongside Emily's red, green, white, and pink pizzas. On New Year's Day, Emily will be open at 12 p.m. to offer unlimited Emmy Burgers through dinner service.

Faro will celebrate its first New Year's Eve with its à la carte menu. Guests can enjoy signature dishes like Roman gnocchi with hen of the woods mushrooms, hazelnuts, and parmesan cream sauce; bucatini with chicken confit, alpine cheese, chili and basil; and dry aged duck breast with green wheat, kabocha squash and Thai caramel. Chef and co-owner Kevin Adey will also offer guests the option to have a six-course tasting menu at $90 per person featuring dishes like squid ink conchigliette with New England cockles and coconut broth.
