Can’t decide if you want soup or vodka? At Cipriani Dolci, you don’t have to. This potent beverage is made with vodka, lemon, hot sauce, Worcestershire and beef consommé.

The Jalapeno Margarita at Cafe Bar

In theory there is nothing wrong here. The combinations are not too wacky or inherently incongruous. Excessive spice mixed with cloying sweetness, however, earned it a spot on this list.

The Ralph Macchiato at Big Daddy's

This boozy milkshake is made with rum, creme de cacao, bananas, coffee liquor, and vanilla ice cream. Big Daddy's could also call this One is Enough.

Gout in a glass. If the bacon Martini doesn’t float your boat, this East Village bar also serves “ass juice.” According to the bar’s website, there’s only one rule: you puke…you clean. Yikes.

The Lover's Concerto at Trailer Park Lounge & Grill

This drink is basically a small trash can filled with alcohol. The menu describes it as a “ potent, jumbo frozen fruit margarita with special surprise.” Those special surprises are: Sauza Hornitos tequila, lemonade, Grand Marnier, strawberry concentrate, and Sauza Gold Tequila. $36. (Photo)
