New York's 10 Most Persistent and Confounding Lines

View as Map

Strangely enough, it seems that there is nothing that people love more than to wait in a long line just to buy some food. And it's not just tourists who happened to buy a Lonely Planet or Fodor's standing in line either. Plenty of sane-seeming New York City residents will waste an hour or more of their time for the privilege of buying food. Thus, Eater is proud to present a comprehensive map of the most persistent, often least worthwhile waits in New York City.
