Here's a map of 18 Manhattan restaurants that will be open on Christmas Eve. Many of these restaurants are offering prix fixe tasting menus, with others offering special holiday items in addition to their regular à la carte menus. Most restaurants open reservations one month out to the day and tables tend to move quickly. Stay tuned over the next few weeks for more holiday dining guides.

David Bouley will be offering a six-course menu for both lunch and dinner on Christmas Eve. The tasting menu is $135 for lunch and $255 for dinner, with wine pairings starting at $130 and $145 respectively. The team promises this will be a "traditional Bouley style Christmas," so expect seasonally-inspired dishes.

Mercer Kitchen

The special Christmas Eve menu at chef Jean-Georges's Mercer Kitchen includes scallops, black sea bass, and beef tenderloin, and the restaurant will also be offering its a la carte menu. The special menu has four-courses and starts at $108 per person.

Vic's on Great Jones Street is offering a Feast of the Seven Fishes tasting menu. The menu, created by chef Hillary Sterling, has five courses and costs $70 per person.

Mas (farmhouse)

Galen Zamarra's Mas (farmhouse) if offering a four-course prix fixe menu with three options for each course at $150 per person. Optional wine pairings are also available for $85.

The Clam

Chef Mike Price is creating a special Feast of the Seven Fishes dinner at his restaurant The Clam on Hudson Street. The Clam's special holiday menu is $90 per person.

Perry Street

Chef Cedric Vongerichten will serve a four-course $108 menu with hamachi sashimi, scallops, beef tenderloin, and dessert. The tasting menu will be served in addition to the à la carte menu on Christmas Eve from 5:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Chef Marco Canora and his team will once again be offering Hearth's famous Feast of the Seven Fishes this Christmas Eve. The menu is $96 per person with an optional wine pairing for an additional $54. Hearth is also offering a menu for children under 12 at $48. No word yet on whether the Christmas Eve menu will reflect Canora's recent decision to go healthy.

The team at Recette is serving a four-course menu for $95 per person. The menu will include fluke sashimi with fennel, beef tenderloin with red cabbage, and a cottage pie with chestnut puree for dessert.

The Gander

The Christmas Eve menu at The Gander features dishes like suckling pig, sweet potatoes, a seafood cassoulet, prawns, and bisque. The four-course menu is $95 per person.

April Bloomfield's sustainable seafood restaurant in NoMad will be offering a Feast of the Seven Fishes. No word yet on the menu or price but diners can expect dishes like lobster bisque and littleneck clams.

Butter Midtown

At Butter in Midtown, chef Alex Guarnaschelli's team will be featuring a special prix fixe menu at $95 per person. The restaurant will be open from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Christmas Eve. Butter is also offering a children's menu for $50.

Charlie Palmer Steak

From 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Christmas Eve, Charlie Palmer Steak will be serving a three-course prix fixe menu. The menu will be seasonal and feature dishes like double ranch short rib with caramelized Tokyo turnips & parsnip purée. The menu costs $85 per person.

Midtown's Aquavit will offer its popular Holiday Julbord, a traditional Swedish holiday smörgåsbord, on Christmas Eve. The Julbord menu will be available from noon until 9 p.m. for $95 per person and it will include a cup of glög (mulled wine). Items on the menu will include kipper & beet salad, Swedish meatballs, and eggnog panna cotta.

Benoit Bistro

The Wayfarer

Chef Chris Shea will be offering à la carte specials at The Wayfarer on Christmas Eve. Dishes on the menu will include lobster scrambled eggs with caviar ($24), potato crusted cod with chorizo & littleneck clams ($38), and egg nog panna cotta with nutmeg almond gingersnaps for dessert ($12).
