As many of New York's restaurants begin shuttering their patios, closing the doors to their gardens and pulling tables and chairs from the sidewalk, some are adding heat lamps, stockpiling the snuggies, and applying the space-age plastic to keep their primo real estate usable when the temps drop. So, straight ahead, some al fresco dining choices, available now and for the foreseeable future.
