Experienced diners all know Black Saturday (a.k.a Valentine's Day) is amateur hour in New York. Every goober couple goes out, and seemingly every restaurant tries to capitalize on the occasion by offering some overpriced romantically themed prix fixe. The fact that the "holiday" falls on a Saturday this year makes it that much worse. But we're not here to advocate you staying home and cooking for your loved one. Lord no. Go out. Have dinner.
