Summer '08 has been a fruitful season for roof bars in New York. About half a dozen new venues touting skyline views and schmancy grub have opened up to join the exclusive standbys at the Gramercy Park Hotel and 60 Thompson and the more egalitarian (and always mobbed) 230 Fifth.
