The Burger: America's first gourmet burger was the one served at this former speakeasy. It has changed over the years, but the current burger uses a dry-aged blend from Master Purveyors, and a challah bun. $34.
What to Drink: Either the Autumn in New York (Bourbon, Campari, cinnamon caraway Syrup), or '21' Perfect Manhattan (Maker’s Mark or Bulleit Rye, sweet and dry vermouth, bitters).
