The Dutch
Andrew Carmellini's Soho favorite is hosting its annual an all-day luau on July 4th. Special menu items include bluefin poké with wasabi, a lobster roll with tobiko, and hot fried chicken served on Hawaiian rolls with pineapple. The kitchen crew will also be cooking a pig on a caja china. The Dutch is open from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Monday.

Saxon + Parole
The Fourth of July bash at this Bowery restaurant will include dishes like burgers, pulled pork sliders, corn on the cob, and pie. There will also be beer pong tournaments and Twister. The party runs from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $60 and can be purchased here.

Il Buco Alimentari & Vineria
The Great Jones favorite will be serving a brunch and dinner prix fixe on Monday for the holiday. The menu costs $32 per person and comes with a grilled peach salad with marcona almonds and balsamic; a lobster roll on focaccia with Calabrian aioli; and a blueberry tart with bay leaf gelato.

John Fraser’s restaurant in the Standard Hotel is hosting its second annual lobster bake. The menu is $60 per person and includes fresh steamed lobster, clams, mussels, slow cooked spare ribs, potatoes, and sweet corn. Special beverage options will be available for an additional price. Jesse Schenker’s recently revamped Flatiron restaurant is hosting its third annual Fourth of July party this year. The barbecue-themed feast will include pulled pork shoulder, smoked chicken wings, and a four cheese mac and cheese. Alain Ducasse’s Midtown bistro is offering a special Bouillabaisse-style clambake, as a way to celebrate Independence Day and Bastille Day. The special is $38 per person and comes with lobster, mussels, littleneck clams, corn, and rouille croutons. This recently reopened seasonal barge bar is hosting a 4th of July party with waterfront views. Ticket options include $200 for seating on the barge plus two glasses of champagne, one main, and three sides. On Monday, this James Bear Award-winning bar is hosting the Bedford Avenue Society Band who will be playing live music throughout the day. Bushwick movie theatre, bar, and restaurant Syndicated is celebrating Independence Day with a $25 prix fixe. With the menu, each guest receives a can of Narragansett plus a choice of cider glazed ribs, grilled half chicken, a bacon cheeseburger, or two hot dogs. In the theater will be a Tom Cruise double feature showing Top Gun and Born on the Four of July. Movie tickets are $3 for each screening, and can be purchased through the restaurant's homepage.

Brooklyn Bridge Garden Bar
Located on Pier 1 in Brooklyn Bridge Park, the Garden Bar offers close-up views of one of the city's most popular fireworks shows. Tickets start at $125 for seating with a limited view.
