A lot of the city's great restaurants won't be open on Thanksgiving, and many of the ones that will be open have elaborate, holiday-themed feasts planned for the big day — which is great. But, what if that's not your thing? What if you just want some normal food, and not some elaborate prix fixe dinner of turkey and yams and all the rest? Not to worry: here’s a list of 12 excellent restaurants that will be serving their regular menus on Thursday. Some will also be running holiday menus, too, but all offer a lot of variety, many are very reasonably priced, and if you need a reservation, you should be able to make one without too much hassle just a couple of days out.
