There is no shortage of Thanksgiving dining options in NYC, from the elaborate prix fixe feasts to the casual meals out. And then there are the one-offs: the Thanksgiving sandwiches, the leftovers mashups, the offbeat turkey and cranberry and pumpkin-flavored specials. This year provides even more room for creativity with the once-in-a-lifetime occurrence of Thanksgivukkah, when Thanksgiving and Hanukkah collide. Another cult favorite are the Meatball Shop's Gobble Gobble balls, made with ground turkey, sage, garlic croutons, cranberries and cinnamon. These are a limited run item, offered only from November 25 through Thanksgiving.
