New York institution Carnegie Hall is adding Weill Café to its venue. Set to open on January 22, the cafe with coffee and pastries will be available to the general public, but its tasting menu restaurant will only be accessible to ticketholders. Per Resy, the tasting menu is priced at $139 per person. The new food program is overseen by Constellation Culinary Group, which also handles the food for the New York Botanical Garden in the Bronx. Executive chef Derek Prough was formerly the sous at Storico, the restaurant previously inside of the New York Historical Society, which was replaced by Clara in October of last year.
