Update: This event has been postponed and future event dates are to be determined.

Tickets for April’s Eater Book Club, hosted by Sonia Chopra in the Eater Test Kitchen, are now live. On Tuesday, April 7, join Chopra to discuss Iliana Regan’s stunning and powerful memoir Burn the Place. Snacks and drinks will be served. Tickets are $15 each.

The memoir recounts Regan’s life in and out of restaurants — focusing on her family, her addition, and her identity just as much as the food itself — tracing the path the chef took to opening her acclaimed Chicago restaurant, Elizabeth. For more, read a review in the New Yorker or a profile in the New York Times. Join us to discuss Burn the Place in the Eater Test Kitchen on April 7 at 6:30 p.m., and buy the book here.

If you’re not able to make Book Club on April 7, look out for tickets in the next couple of weeks for Test Kitchen events including:

  • Supper Club is back with chef Erik Ramirez, who will bring his restaurant Llama San to the Test Kitchen for one night
  • Winemaker Martha Stoumen will be hosting Wine Club

Stay tuned for tickets to open up for these events and more.
