A guy allegedly stole $90k worth of product from Lady M
Cake shop Lady M is suing a deliveryman for allegedly stealing nearly $90,000 worth of product. Surveillance videos reportedly show David Lliviganay walking away with 1,020 pieces of product from the bakery’s Long Island City warehouse over the course of four months. Lady M found out by unauthorized dealers selling the pastries for less money than they should. Lliviganay has pleaded guilty to petit larceny.
Lady M is a popular New York City-based global bakery known for its many-layered crepe cakes. Fans include Oprah and Martha Stewart.
