Get Tickets Now for a Sherry-Soaked Spanish Feast in the Eater Test Kitchen

October’s Eater Supper Club brings chef Jonah Miller of Huertas and Eater Young Gun Ashley Santoro of the Standard together for one night only

Sherry, the crown jewel of Jerez, Spain, ranges from the driest wine in the world to the sweetest wine in the world. Now, Eater is celebrating Spain’s oldest and greatest winemaking tradition — and its enviable pairings — at a sherry-soaked dinner party happening on Wednesday, October 23.

It’s part of Eater Supper Club, a new, quarterly series where our friends in the world of food are invited to host an intimate meal at the Eater Test Kitchen in New York.

This multi-course, family-style meal will feature twists on classic Basque and Spanish tapas from chef Jonah Miller of Huertas. Each will be paired with a distinct sherry presented by Eater Young Gun Ashley Santoro (’12), beverage director at the Standard. Sherry will flow from porrons and star in special aperitif cocktails all night, and dinner will be capped off by a sherry affogato for dessert — it’s all included in the $75 ticket.

Note: This event is sold out.
