A variety of white plains contain different colored foods, some green olives can be seen in a few dishes along with piles of white couscous.

Food and culture festival the World’s Fare returns to Citi Field this month. In April, the first 50 vendors were announced, including names like Wind Rose, a new Korean fusion restaurant from Sung Park, who worked as a chef at Jean-Georges and most recently at Brasserie Seoul in Boerum Hill. Now, the full list is out, totaling to 100 vendors and spanning global cuisines with lots of savory and sweet options.

Chef Einat Admony’s couscous restaurant Kish-Kash has joined the crew along with a Japanese souffle pancake vendor and a stuffed ice cream vendor. Other new additions to the list include the central Asian restaurant and charcoal-grilling haven Farida and Asian bun purveyor C-Bao.

The food festival, inspired by the World’s Fair of 1964 in Flushing Meadows Park, will be held on May 18 and 19, and tickets can be purchased here. They start at $23, with various up-charges for things like access to a beer garden. Here’s the full list for the World’s Fare 2019:
