Famed late-night burger joint Corner Bistro is expanding again, this time to Hell’s Kitchen food hall Gotham West Market.
The Greenwich Village pub that has been around for decades serves a simple menu of burgers, fries, and other greasy snacks on paper plates, though the burger is the sensation. A representative for Gotham West Market confirms that the restaurant is coming to market, and more details are forthcoming.
Opening in another food hall continues the nearly 60-year-old restaurant’s gradual expansion. Last summer, it opened a new location in another food hall, Williamsburg’s North 3rd Street Market; it also has an outpost in Long Island City
Gotham West Market has welcomed a lot of NYC favorites, including the rebirth of the closed West Village Italian restaurant Dell’anima. The food hall is also home to well-liked pizza joint Corner Slice. Corner Bistro is expected to open in Gotham West Market this summer.
