The moment has finally arrived: EMP Summer House opens June 24 with Will Guidara and Daniel Humm having moved to this swanky East Hampton spot where fancy people will be spending their weekends.

In the space that had been Moby’s (341 Pantigo Road), “The House” gets beachy with white-on-white indoor and outdoor seating, a seafood-focused menu and, under a big tent out back, lobster rolls, burgers, salads, and grilled fish. Diners can also reserve large-format meals like fried chicken dinner or a lobster boil as well as order takeout baskets for home or the beach.

Check out the details, like the barware and corn hole setup out back. The catch, of course, is that you’ll need an Amex to pay by credit card and to hold reservations, which can be booked here. (Non-Amex holding diners can still go, but only if they can nab a table by walking in and if they pay by cash.)

And now, a peek at how the staff from the number one restaurant on the World’s 50 Best list will be spending the summer through Labor Day:
