— In #ADayWithoutImmigrant news, Hecho en Dumbo will be closed today for the protests, along with both locations of Miss Lily’s, Jin Ramen at 82nd and Amsterdam, Marc Meyer and Vicki Freeman’s Rosie’s (for lunch), Land Thai Kitchen at 81st and Amsterdam, and Silver Moon Bakery on 105th and Broadway, reports West Side Rag. Yesterday, Eater NY reported that all Blue Ribbon locations will be closed today, along with Frankies 457 Spuntino and Prime Meats. UPDATE: Beatrice Inn

Kahlo will open at 525 West 29 St., inspired by travels through Mexico, say co-owners Paula and Fernando Lopez. The menu will include sopa de lima with chicken broth and pimiento, basil guacamole served with jicama and corn tortillas, empanadas, braised chicken, and fish of the day.

Wells Steakhouse in Long Island City. Tickets are $60 per person.
