Welcome to day 2 of the 8th annual Eater Awards — where Eater city sites around the world honor the top talent of the year. Up today: the Chef of the Year award category, where readers can vote for who really stunned in the restaurant scene in 2017.

As with Monday’s Restaurant of the Year reader’s choice award, all 24 Eater cities grant prizes in various categories, with both an editor’s choice winner and a reader’s choice winner.
