Blue Ribbon Sushi and By Chloe Join Rockefeller Center’s Long List of Food Vendors

New options for vegans and juice heads

Today Show fans, Jimmy Fallon, and Rockefeller Center visitors are getting three new dining options this year.

Chefs/partners/brothers Bruce and Eric Bromberg are bringing a version of their hit sushi restaurant Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar to the building complex, with a menu that will include hand rolls, specialty rolls, and design-your-own-bowls. Like Blue Ribbon’s other sushi projects, sushi chef Toshi Ueki will be behind the menu. (Before the sushi bar opens, Blue Ribbon Federal Grill will open in the Financial District sometime next month.)

Cold-pressed juice people of Juice Press will join Blue Ribbon on the Concourse Level.

Above ground, fast-casual vegan restaurant By Chloe is opening at 1 Rockefeller Plaza on 48 Street. Expect all of chef Chloe Coscarelli’s staples like a pesto “meatball” sandwich, mac and cheese, and a slew of salads like kale Caesar and quinoa taco. This will be the fifth New York location for the mini-chain. (A sixth is planned for Williamsburg.)

The three restaurants will be joining Rockefeller vendors including Ben & Jerry’s, Chipotle, Potbelly Sandwich, and Magnolia Bakery. By Chloe is set to open in May/June of this year. Blue Ribbon and Juice Press did not respond to questions on further opening intel. Spot an opening in your neighborhood? Send it to the tipline.
