Wolfgang Puck has locations of Cut in Los Angeles, London, Singapore, and Bahrain. And now the celebrity chef is bringing his luxury brand to NYC, the steakhouse capital of the world. The restaurant is located in the tony Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown. The executive chef is Raymond Weber, who has worked for Puck for almost a decade. Like the other locations, the menu (see below) features high-priced beef from across the US and Japan that is grilled over hardwood and finished off in a 1200° broiler. Although Wolfgang spent some time in New York as a young chef, he has never opened a restaurant in Manhattan before. Cut is definitely one of the most-anticipated restaurants of the fall. The restaurant has been doing some friends and family meals and early seatings this week, but the official grand opening is slated for tomorrow. In addition to dinner, Cut will also offer breakfast and lunch. Take a look around the space below and if you stop by do let us know what you think.
