10Below — the first rolled ice cream shop to hit New York City — plans to open a new location in the Lower East Side next week. The Thailand street food-inspired ice cream shop will be debuting its third outpost at 132 Allen St. next Friday, exactly one year after it opened its first location in Chinatown. Although it’s relatively new, the shop quickly became popular for its made-to-order ice cream. Staff at the shop roll the ice cream on cold metal plates, an Instagram-friendly process that drew three hour lines when it first opened — and sparked the opening of other Thai rolled ice cream shop brands in the area. Visitors to the new 10Below shop next Friday can buy ice cream for 50 percent off, including a Mo Money Mo Mango flavor with strawberry and mango ice cream that was previously discontinued.
