Inside Sauvage, a Greenpoint Stunner From the Maison Premiere Team

Last week, the team behind the celebrated bar Maison Premiere opened Sauvage on the border of McCarren Park in Greenpoint. The menu focuses on raw bar items, vegetable dishes, and plates for two.
