Scenes From Danny Meyer's Perennial Favorite Blue Smoke on a Wednesday Night

Danny Meyer's seminal Gramercy restaurant Blue Smoke is the subject of this very special Barbecue Week installment of Eater Scenes. The restaurant offers an eclectic mix of barbecue and Southern comfort food dishes courtesy of chef Jean-Paul Bourgeious.
