Tutto Il Giorno's Owners Split Up Their Italian Empire

Tutto Il Giorno, the Sag Harbor restaurant that regularly feeds such high profile diners as Keith Richards, Sarah Jessica Parker and Calvin Klein, will change its name and menu this summer, because partners Gaby Karan and chef Maurizio Marfoglia are dividing up their turf. Karan will oversee Tutto's Southampton outpost, as well as the Tribeca location, while Marfoglia will remain at the Sag Harbor flagship which will now be called Dopo La Spiaggia. Neither Karan or Marfoglia would comment.

Karan was recently rumored to be moving into the Montauk space that housed Dave's Grill for many years. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
