Callum Mclaughlin and Ryan Chadwick are expanding to the Hamptons. The duo behind Grey Lady — a New England style spot with locations on Delancey Street and in Aspen and Nantucket — will unveil an outpost in Montauk next month. The new restaurant, which has an outdoor patio on a back deck, takes over the space formerly occupied by Harbor, at 440 West Lake Drive. Apart from standard raw bar, lobster rolls, and clam chowder, Grey Lady will serve fresh local seafood dishes like grilled flounder and bacon-wrapped day boat scallops. "We will be open by Memorial Day,'' promises Mclaughlin. "I spent time in Montauk growing up and I want to get back to my roots.''
