Momosan Ramen and Sake opens tonight in Murray Hill. It's Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto's first ramen-focused restaurant, named after a one of the chef's nicknames in the kitchen. The celebrity chef focuses on tonkotsu and chicken ramens, with traditional toppings like pork chashu, garlic oil, and toasted nori. The menu also includes a spicy coconut curry ramen and appetizers with ingredients like pig ear, braised pig feet, and poached cabbage.
