New Yorkers and tourists alike enjoy lining up for novelty treats like Cronuts, rainbow bagels, and Black Tap milkshakes. But they also like to line up for boring old chain pancakes — provided that they're free. Here's a glimpse at the scene at the 14th Street location of IHOP today at 2:30 p.m., as captured by Eater senior editor Nick Solares. There were 200 people in the line and the wait was 90 minutes for a table.
