M. Wells Steakhouse owners Hugue Dufour and Sarah Obraitis announced earlier this week that they would be making big changes to their two-year-old restaurant. The Long Island City critical darling is now only open Thursday through Saturday evenings, using the preceding days to work on a new menu for each week. Fans of the steakhouse will still find favorites like bone marrow escargot, onion and bone marrow soup, and stack of pork chops. The new menu also reflects M.
