Marc Forgione and LDV Hospitality opened the doors on American Cut's Midtown restaurant last night. Located inside The Lombardy Hotel, the Midtown outpost is the fourth for the partnership, which also has plans to open in Atlanta soon. Chef and partner Marc Forgione is serving a menu similar to American Cut's Tribeca location, plus a few additions. New menu options like tuna tartare with hearts of palm, a halibut entree, and two seafood towers named after Debbie Harry songs, "The Tide is High" and "The Rapture." American Cut staples like Forgione's tomahawk rib-eye are also offered.
American Cut Midtown is open seven days a week for dinner starting at 5:30 p.m. Soon, the team will begin serving lunch and offer a three-course prix-fixe, as well as a la carte options like sandwiches, large salads, and grilled fish. Take a look around the sprawling space here, and check out the full dinner menu below.
