When Urbanspace Vanderbilt opened in September, the team announced that the space would have an ever-changing list of vendors. Its first switcheroo was Kuro-Opi by Ippudo, which settled into the former No. 7 Sub space when it opened early last month. Asia Dog is now the second vendor to be rotated out as it makes way for trendy juicery Liquiteria. A rep for the market notes "We designed our Vanderbilt market to allow for concepts to switch around. The length of stay isn't determined by any hard and fast rules." According to the rep, Asia Dog is focusing on its mobile concept after a successful run in Vanderbilt Market. Meanwhile, Liquiteria is set to start serving juices, smoothies, bowls, and more on Monday March 7.
Currently, the food hall features stalls from Roberta's, Amali, Delaney Chicken, Red Hook Lobster Pound, and Ovenly. No word on what vendor is scheduled to leave next, or who will be moving in.
