Acclaimed New Delhi restaurant Indian Accent makes its New York debut for dinner Thursday night. Owner Rohit Khattar and Chef Manish Mehrotra have been prepping for months, and the Midtown restaurant has already been taking reservations. It has both a tasting menu and an a la carte one, with signatures like sweet pickle ribs with sundried mango and onion seeds and stuffed kulcha, a bread with fillings like butter chicken and saag paneer. One stuffed kulcha will be special to New York, with pastrami and mustard butter inside. It's only open for dinner now, but it will eventually also offer lunch. Check out the full menu below, and stay tuned for photos of the space.
