A new gourmet market, bar, restaurant, and salumeria called Suprema Provisions is now open on Bleecker Street. Stephen Werther — the man bringing Bourdain Market to the world — partnered on the project with his friend Joshua Wesson. Wesson, a trained sommelier, selected the beverage program to go alongside Suprema's meat boards, cheeses, and salads. Diners can also find a selection of toasts on the menu like roasted pear with gorgonzola and proscuitto di parma; celery agrodolce with burrata and botarga; and wild mushroom with tallegio and gremolata.

Meanwhile, Suprema's market will offer books from Ivan Orkin, April Bloomfield, Roberta's, and Eric Ripert; imported Italian foods like pasta and olive oil; and speciality kitchen tools like cast iron pans and rolling pins. Check out the full menu below, and if you happen to stop by, let us know what you think.
