The Momofuku Ko team announces today that the restaurant will be launching its lunch service Wednesday February 24. Ko — the Momofuku empire's two-starred Michelin restaurant — will serve lunch Wednesdays to Saturdays from 12:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The lunch menu will cost the same as dinner at $195 per person, a price that increased just last month. Diners can expect some overlap in the lunch and dinner menus but there will be some dishes unique to both. Just last week Ko's chef Sean Gray was doing a little R&D in the kitchen.
Last year, Ko received four stars from Ryan Sutton after settling into its new location. Reservations for Ko lunch can be made through Momofuku's site.
