A Brooklyn resident is in custody after fatally stabbing a man outside the Sunset Park restaurant where she works, according to Pix11. Jian-Yang Zhang — the 41-year-old victim — was reportedly visiting his sister who is the owner of Lucky Zhang's when the altercation occurred. According to police, a verbal dispute took place between Zhang and Lan Shui Yu around 10 p.m. Monday. Yu allegedly then stabbed Zhang twice, once in the back and neck, before fleeing the scene. Zhang was pronounced dead at Maimonides Medical Center approximately an hour later.

Yu, who claims her actions were self-defense, has been charged with Second Degree Murder and Criminal Possession of a Weapon.
