Eater’s senior critic continues his survey of NYC’s trendiest dish

On the Sixth Day of Poke, My True Love Gave to Me…

Tuna Sushi Poke at Suzume: A bright little neighborhood spot tucked away on a Williamsburg side street, Suzume offers twin specialties of sushi and ramen, with all sorts of cross-cultural twists. My True Love gifted me with several pieces of tuna sushi poke — meaning that the fish salad, lightly dressed with soy, was loosely ensconced in vertical cylinders of nori. Delicious! 545 Lorimer St, Brooklyn, 718-486-0200
