On the Third Day of Poke, My True Love Gave to Me…

Yellowfin Tuna Poke from Café Boulud: And hey, this is one of the best you’ve ever tasted, featuring a slurry of sweet potato under a collection of red tuna cubes surmounted by a crunchy taro chip and a mandarin orange segment. Poke nirvana! Thanks, True Love! But, lacking rice, is it really poke? Of course, the original Hawaiian poke had no rice or salad ingredients. 20 E 76th St, 212-772-2600.
