Sweetgreen's Serving Up 100 Bowls from LA’s Wildly Popular Sqirl Tomorrow

Trendy salad chain Sweetgreen is teaming up with Jessica Koslow’s smash LA hit Sqirl on Wednesday, November 30. "We’ve been admirers of Jessica and Sqirl for years," says Nicolas Jammet, co-founder and co-CEO of Sweetgreen. "We also share a similar ethos around food and sourcing, so we thought it would be fun to come together and create something that highlights this shared passion for real food."

The bowl highlights Koslow and Sweetgreen’s shared dedication to local ingredients and features Koslow signatures, like a sorrel pesto dressing. Known as The Sqirl Dinner Bowl, it’s a blend of shredded kale, quinoa, avocado, roasted steelhead, tahini-marinated Hodo Soy yuba noodles, pickled carrots, cucumbers, and a sorrel pesto dressing. The bowl will only be available tomorrow for pick-up at Sweetgreen's Meatpacking location to the first 100 customers who order online or via the Sweetgreen app.

This isn’t the first culinary collaboration for LA's jam queen. In 2015, Koslow teamed up with Brooks Headley’s perennially packed Superiority Burger, and hosted joint dinners with chef Nicholas Morgenstern.
