Fast-casual, healthy-ish chain Dig Inn is opening two more locations by the end of the year. The first to open will be the restaurant’s Upper East Side outpost, set to debut Sunday, October 30. When it opens, it will be the 12th New York location for the chain (a Boston location opened over the summer) and the first to serve breakfast. Options on the morning menu will include a breakfast sandwich, quinoa waffles with ricotta, and avocado toast. Later this year, the team will be opening a Midtown West location at 856 8th Avenue.

The new stores are part of Dig Inn’s aggressive expansion plan. By next spring, the chain plans to open locations in the Garment District, DUMBO, and in Westchester. It’s also planning to take over the Back Forty West space on Prince Street, and open two more locations in Boston. Take a look at the new breakfast menu below, and stay tuned for more expansion news.
