The William Vale, a 21-story hotel that's being built one block away from the Wythe, is getting a new restaurant from Noho Hospitality — AKA Andrew Carmellini, Luke Ostrom, and Josh Pickard. These are the hitmakers behind The DutchLocanda VerdeLittle ParkBar Primi, The Library at The Public, and sweet baby Lafayette. These guys rarely, if ever, miss the mark. In addition to a sit-down restaurant, Noho Hospitality will be in charge of room service for the 183 room hotel, and the group will develop and manage the food and beverage programs for the bar and event spaces. The group has not released any details about the restaurant, but the hotel is slated to open this summer.
