— Ann Redding and Matt Danzer — the married duo behind Uncle Boons — have a lot to celebrate this morning because their restaurant just received its very first Michelin star:
Totally humbled and proud this morning. Thank you @michelinguideny and a huge thank you to the most amazing team! pic.twitter.com/jKzauPjpXz

— A few block north, the Momofuku Ko team just got the call from the Michelin rep:
ko retains 2 stars from @michelinguideny. congrats @seanalexgray, @suwongruiz + the entire ko team-we're honored to be in such great company

Two stars for the new iteration of David Chang and Sean Grey's Ko. Earlier today, Ryan Sutton speculated this could have been one of the new three-star restaurants, especially considering its new digs and upgraded menu.
— Way, way, uptown, John Fraser got the call from the guidebook this morning, informing him that Dovetail still has one sparkler.
— And, no surprises here, Jean-Georges holds onto its three stars:
Excited and beyond proud to announce that @Jean_GeorgesNYC retains its 3 Stars @MichelinGuideNY

Stay tuned for more Michelin updates throughout the day, and if you learn of any new star ratings, let us know.
