Department of Health Closes Prosperity Dumpling One Day After Alley Pic Hits the Internet

The Department of Health saw that photo of Prosperity Dumpling employees working in the alleyway behind the restaurant, and they decided to shut the place down. The picture was posted on Gothamist last night. This place is one of New York's straight-up classic cheap restaurants, so hopefully the operators will work with the DOH to get it back open again soon.
