Fuku Expands Dinner Service to Five Nights A Week

The summer of fried chicken sandwiches just keeps on giving.

David Chang's fried chicken sensation Fuku is about to get even more sensational by expanding dinner service to five nights a week. Starting tomorrow the hours of operation will be 11:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m. for lunch service, and 6:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. for dinner, Wednesday through Sunday. When Chang unleashed Fuku on an unsuspecting public back in June it was only open for lunch, with Friday and Saturday dinner hours added the following month. Now we are up to five full days of service and must wonder can seven be far behind? Or will Chang take a page from Chic-fil-A and cap it at six days? And what of the chicken fingers he teased us with on Instagram?
