Otto's Tacos Hell's Kitchen, Tiny Empire Soho, and More Now Open

HELL'S KITCHEN - Otto's Tacos opens a third location on Ninth Avenue today, bringing masa tacos and churros to the 'hood. Despite locations in both the East and West Villages they are calling this the flagship based on size, being twice as large as the other stores, seating 40 inside and a further 12 al fresco. SOHO - Flo Fab brings word that Anthony Spadaro’s Tiny Empire has opened a location on Lafayette Street. The menu is the same as the Williamsburg original with a selection of juices, salads, and wraps. Status: Certified open. 234 Lafayette Street, 212-925-4500.

EAST VILLAGE -  America's first hemp bar has opened St. Mark's Place according to E.V. Grieve. The Brooklyn Dark Hemp Bar serves coffee, chocolates, and pastries all made with hemp. Status: Certified Open. 9 St. Marks Place.
