PARK SLOPE — A restaurant and corner store called Pastificio Flora is moving in on 8th Avenue. The team's Twitter account says "Italian designer & his partners, leaving hometown in south Italy for make their dream come true: A real Fresh Pasta Restaurant in Brooklyn, NY." 1021 8 Avenue. EAST VILLAGE — Terry Tsian, who was a principal at County in Flatiron, is hoping to open a "tasting menu" restaurant in the former Wash House space. The beer and wine application on file with CB3 says there will be just 20 seats. 44 East 1st Street. [BB]

LOWER EAST SIDE — AAA Ichiban, which was forced out of its East Houston Street home by the giant development underway next door to Katz's, is relocating to Broome Street and returning as Jin Sushi. Signage is already up, but the interior still needs some work. 238 Broome Street. [BB]

UPPER EAST SIDE — Japanese bakery chain Harbs is bringing its cakes uptown to a cafe that should open in November. Expect desserts like cherry cheese souffle, milk tea cake with brandy, and a melon flavored cake. 1374 Third Avenue. [DNAinfo]

UPPER EAST SIDE — The brothers who own Salvo's Pizza Bar are planning to open a Latin fusion restaurant called Olá Vivabar next door. The menu isn't set yet, but the team plans to serve dishes from Mexico, Peru, Guatemala and El Salvador. 453 East 78th Street. [DNAinfo]
