East Williamswick Is About to Get Buried Under Mountains of Hot Fudge as Dairy Queen Plans Its Grand Debut

Brooklyn's hippest neighborhood is about to get a very NormCore restaurant.

Blizzards — one of the world's most irresistable sweet treats — are finally coming to Kings County. A tipster sends word that signage for a new location of Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is up in  the storefront at 27 Graham Avenue in Bushwick/East Willamsburg. And now, the official DQ homepage confirms that yes, a new location of the restaurant is opening very soon. This is the first-ever Brooklyn location of the chain, which is operated by Warren Buffett's multinational conglomerate Berkshire Hathaway. Buffett is such a fan of DQ's burgers and shakes that one time, the kooky old tycoon got them delivered to his table at The Four Seasons.

The first Manhattan location of the chain opened around this time last year, and the BK outpost of DQ could open at literally any minute.  This will help fill a hole that was left by the departure of White Castle. Stay tuned for more details as they become available.
